Together We Rise: The Collective Launch of the Descendants Forum marked the official launch of the Descendants Forum—a growing international congress of organizations led by Descendants of free and enslaved African and African American ancestors. Convened by Kinfolkology and the Clotilda Descendants Association, this event brought together Descendants, community leaders, scholars, and cultural workers to begin building a shared space for collaboration, advocacy, and collective action.
